The strict lending criteria by financial in stitutions and high unemployment rates make it difficult for our people in the BoP to access funding for bonds. By investing in new property developments and rental properties, we afford them the opportunity to access quality housing for their families

Start-ups and SMMEs Investments

Research has proven that entrepreneurship and small businesses are the best economic stimulators and creators of jobs. However, these businesses are hindered by access to funding to move the ideas from dreams to reality. Therefore, we invest in great ideas and work together with our business partners to grow these ideas into sustainable businesses that create jobs and make a difference in their communities.

Technology Investments

We are in a digital world driven by technology and the inter-connectedness of humans and devices. Business models are being disrupted through the use of technology to drive value. Due to lack of funding, a lot of great ideas are not afforded the opportunity to be commercialized, particularly at the bottom of the pyramid. We invest in these great ideas – moving them from crazy to genius.
